My client, a leading organisation in their field, is seeking a skilled Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of technology initiatives.

This is a 6-month rolling contract offering the opportunity to drive key projects while supporting Agile transformation and best-in-class delivery.

Scrum Master certification advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams in Agile practices
• Support backlog refinement, estimation, and planning
• Ensure delivery aligns with governance, compliance, and business objectives
• Identify and remove impediments to delivery and support continuous improvement
• Engage with business stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

Essential Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager, with Project Management responsibilities
• Strong background in IT delivery
• Proficient in Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira
• Comfortable managing delivery in both Agile and traditional project environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
